The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of 
  Far East-Central Minnesota
  Northwest Wisconsin

* Effective this Monday morning and afternoon from 925 AM until
  300 PM CDT.

* Primary threats include...
  Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2
    inches in diameter possible
  Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible

SUMMARY...A cluster of strong to severe thunderstorms is currently
moving east across east-central Minnesota. These storms should
continue moving into northwest Wisconsin within the next hour or so,
with at least some threat for large hail.

The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 40
statute miles east and west of a line from 30 miles west southwest
of Eau Claire WI to 75 miles north of Eau Claire WI. For a co*plete

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REMEMBER...A Severe Thunderstorm Watch means conditions are
favorable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.
Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for threatening
weather conditions and listen for later statements and possible
warnings. Severe thunderstorms can and occasionally do produce
tornadoes.
