The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of 
  Central and North Texas

* Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 820 PM
  until 200 AM CDT.

* Primary threats include...
  Scattered large hail likely with isolated very large hail events
    to 2.5 inches in diameter possible
  Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible
  A tornado or two possible

SUMMARY...Multiple clusters of severe storms will spread generally
eastward this evening into the overnight across a broad part of
central/north Texas, initially in areas to the west of I-35. This
will include a few supercells along with the potential development
of a severe-caliber thunderstorm cluster with an increased damaging
wind potential.

The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 55
statute miles east and west of a line from 60 miles northwest of
Mineral Wells TX to 25 miles southeast of Junction TX. For a

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REMEMBER...A Severe Thunderstorm Watch means conditions are
favorable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.
Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for threatening
weather conditions and listen for later statements and possible
warnings. Severe thunderstorms can and occasionally do produce
tornadoes.
