The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Tornado Watch for portions of
  Southeast Arkansas
  Northeast Louisiana
  Western Mississippi

* Effective this Tuesday night and Wednesday morning from 1120 PM
  until 400 AM CDT.

* Primary threats include...
  A couple tornadoes possible
  Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible
  Scattered large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible

SUMMARY...A fast-moving line of storms over northern Louisiana will
track eastward across the watch area overnight, posing a risk of
locally damaging wind gusts and embedded tornadoes.

The tornado watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles
north and south of a line from 15 miles south southwest of Monroe LA
to 100 miles east northeast of Natchez MS. For a co*plete depiction

REMEMBER...A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for
tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch
area. Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for
threatening weather conditions and listen for later statements
and possible warnings.
