Valid 301200Z - 311200Z

...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

...Synopsis...
An upper trough will impinge on the East Coast while an upper ridge
remains in place west of the Rockies tomorrow/Tuesday, with weak
mid-level impulses continuing to pivot around the upper ridge.
Locally dry and windy surface conditions may acco*pany a mid-level
impulse which is poised to traverse the Pacific Northwest during the
afternoon. However, Elevated criterion dry and windy conditions
should be constrained to terrain-favoring areas per latest guidance
consensus, with fire weather highlights withheld.
