NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK
0753 PM CDT Tue Aug 30 2022

Valid 310100Z - 311200Z

...NO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AREAS FORECAST...

...SUMMARY...
Severe thunderstorms are not expected through the remainder of
tonight over the contiguous United States.

...New England to Mid Atlantic...
An upper trough remains in place over the Great Lakes and Northeast
US this evening, with a cold front progressing eastward across the
Mid Atlantic and southeastern states.  Widely scattered clusters of
showers and thunderstorms continue along the front from New England
into the Chesapeake Bay, but the remnant convection is weakening as
daytime heating/destabilization wanes.  A few lightning strikes will
remain possible overnight, but no severe storms are anticipated.
