(Reuters) –     Retail trading platform Robinhood Markets Inc disclosed in a filing on Wednesday that the U.S. Securities and Exchange co*mission has been probing the co*pany’s co*pliance with short selling rules since October 2021.


Robinhood said it received additional requests from the SEC in the second quarter of this year for information related to the co*pany’s co*pliance with trade reporting requirements in connection with securities and fractional share lending.
