Day 2 Fire Weather Outlook
NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK
0156 AM CDT Fri Jun 10 2022

Valid 111200Z - 121200Z

...Synopsis...
Another day of isolated to widely scattered high-based thunderstorm
development is expected over parts of the Southwest and
southern/central Rockies, particularly over the higher terrain of
southern CO, NM, and eastern AZ. As these storms overspread
widespread 10-15 percent RH and critically dry fuels, isolated
lightning-induced ignitions will be possible. In addition, locally
enhanced fire-weather conditions will be possible over parts of the
Great Basin, as locally breezy west-southwesterly surface winds
overlap 5-10 percent minimum RH during the afternoon. However, the
localized nature of these conditions precludes highlights at this
time.
