...Synopsis...
Enhanced westerly midlevel flow will continue over the Rockies,
while a weak surface low meanders over parts of southwest TX.

...Isolated Dry Thunderstorms...
Easterly upslope flow and sufficient midlevel moisture to the north
of the surface low will promote the development of high-based
thunderstorms over parts of southern CO, NM, and far southeast AZ
during the afternoon. Initially, some of these thunderstorms will
produce very limited rainfall, and isolated lightning-induced
ignitions will be possible given the presence of highly receptive
fuels.
